HAOZ Introduction: HAOZ is a strategic game. Two camps of equal power and with the same abilities are fighting for the magnificent territory of HAOZ. To conquer the territory of HAOZ a camp must capture the 4 Vital Elements belonging to the opposing camp or, alternatively, the entire rival camp. However, the winning camp must end up still having at least one Vital Element and one warrior. Game contents:
Rules: To begin with, the players chose their camp and place their Vital Elements and warriors on the first two lines of the game board. The youngest player is the first to begin and must also decide if the Vital Elements are allowed to move during the course of the game. Then each player has a go. Movement rules The warriors can move in any direction but only one square at a time. They can remove an opposing warrior from the game by moving on to the same square. |
The Vital Element can move from one to two squares and in
any direction. It can jump over the figurines and eliminate an opposite warrior by moving
on to the same square. It cannot take an opposing Vital Element unless it is of the same
shape, but it is able to jump over. The capture of a Vital Element allows extra moves to
be made. The removal of : The Triangular Element: allows you to get back 2 warriors, which can be placed anywhere on any free squares. The Rectangular Element : gives you another turn. The Square Element : allows you to capture an opposite warrior and place it anywhere on a free square on the game board. The Round Element : allows you to place one of your warriors in a position of your own choosing. When a Vital Element is captured, it must be placed in the middle of the game board on the square designed for that purpose. These squares cannot be occupied by pieces still in play. The extra moves gained by the capture of an opposing Vital Element can only be used once in the game and must be taken immediately. You can retrieve a captured Vital Element by taking the 6 warriors from the opposite tribe. Game created and imagined by Hassen Hrir. With the assistance of Daniel Francisco and Karine Loez |
